How do I apply to live at Westlakes?
Please call us to see if there will be a unit available when you are ready to move. You can reach the resident manager at (360) 754-4072. Please also reference our Tenant Requirements PDF, opens new window to quickly determine if you qualify as a tenant at Westlakes. To apply, we prefer that you visit the on-site office and complete the required forms. If you are unable to come to our office first, we will be happy to send you the required forms and authorizations. Once all fields are completed and the appropriate application fees are paid, our resident manager will send the information to our credit check service and do all appropriate rental history confirmations. Please note that it requires all fields to be completed in order to move forward. We will notify you of the results as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours.
What is your policy for pets?
At Westlakes we allow indoor cats; no dogs are allowed. Our pet policy involves a one-time, non-refundable pet fee ($250) and a minimal monthly per-pet rent ($20). We cannot accommodate cats in units that have new carpet. Our full Pet Agreement is here.
What does it cost to rent at Westlakes?
Our current monthly rental rates are as follows:
- Flat (1BD): $1,215
- Loft (1BD): $1,295
- Standard 2BD: $1,300
- Medium 2BD: $1.335
- Large 2BD: $1,350
- These rates are subject to change, and do not include the required security deposit.
Do you have rent specials?
From time to time we offer rent specials, but we do not currently have any available.
What are terms to lease?
At Westlakes we currently offer six-month lease agreements, and we can offer a month-to-month lease option, depending on availability. If you choose to rent month-to-month, there is an additional fee requirement.
What are requirements to lease month-to-month?
If your application is approved, you can choose to pay a non-refundable fee (starting at $300, depending on availability and credit terms) to have a month-to-month lease agreement at Westlakes Apartments.
How do I set up my utilities once I know I am moving in?
You are responsible for establishing your own phone, internet and/or cable service, but our office staff will assist you with contact information if you require it. Our office staff will initiate your electric service with Puget Sound Energy.

Who do I call after hours for maintenance?
If you need work-order assistance, please leave a message on the office line – (360) 754-4072 – and we will provide prompt service. If there is an emergency (like fire or flood), please call 9-1-1 and then our after-hours emergency line at (360) 999-8820.
How can I reserve the social room for a private event?
We make our social room available for the use and pleasure of all tenants at Westlakes Apartments. You can reserve it for use by any tenant, or group of tenants, on a first come, first served basis during the following hours:
- Monday through Saturday: 6pm-10pm
- Sunday: 9am – 10pm
Any variation from this schedule can be discussed with management when you call to reserve the space. Please note that you will be asked to sign this form attaching the Westlakes Cabana agreement prior to your event. Get the Cabana reservation form here.
How do I submit a maintenance request?
We prefer to have maintenance requests submitted in writing by filling out the form below, or you may come by the office to complete one of our Service Request forms. In all cases, before we enter your home to complete work, we will request your permission.
